Who we are

Heel Yeah (an unincorporated business based in Atlanta, Georgia) operates this website. This policy covers the site you are on now and the checkout it uses once one is connected. If you have any question about it that this page does not answer, email contact@heelyeah.store.

What we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• You give it to us directly. Your name, email, shipping and billing address, and phone number if you provide one, when you place an order, email us, or sign up for our list.
• Our payment processor collects it. Checkout runs on Shopify, and your card details go to Shopify and its payment processor directly. We never see or store your full card number.
• Standard technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs things like IP address, browser type, and pages requested, the same way any web server does. We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or any script that builds a profile of you across visits.

Cookies

As of 10 August 2026, this site does not set any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Once checkout is connected, Shopify sets a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep your cart and checkout session working, which is not something we can turn off without breaking the ability to buy anything.

If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, this section changes first and the site will ask for your consent before setting them, not after.

Why we use it

• To take, fulfil, ship, and support your order.
• To answer emails you send us, including returns and shipping questions.
• To send you marketing email, but only if you opted in, and you can opt out of that at any time from the link in the email itself.
• To meet our own legal and tax record-keeping obligations.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything beyond what is listed above.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed with the services that make the store work, and nobody else:

• Shopify, for checkout, payment processing, and order storage.
• Our fulfilment supplier and shipping carriers, who need your name and address to get the order to you.
• Our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps standard access logs.
• An email or SMS provider, if and when we connect one, and only for addresses that opted in.

Each of these can see only what they need to do their job, not your full order or browsing history with us.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we are legally required to for tax and accounting purposes, and support emails for as long as reasonably useful to resolve related issues. Marketing addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will act on that request as far as our own legal and tax obligations allow. If you are a California resident, this includes the rights the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front, but the other rights still apply. Email contact@heelyeah.store to exercise any of these.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, and payment details never touch our own systems since checkout runs on Shopify. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes, like starting to use tracking cookies, will be called out clearly rather than left for you to notice on your own.
