Agreement to these terms

These terms are between you and Heel Yeah (an unincorporated business based in Atlanta, Georgia). By using this site or placing an order through it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use this site

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract, to place an order. We ship within the United States only.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time without notice. We take reasonable care with product descriptions, photos, and prices, but mistakes happen. If we find a pricing or listing error on an order you have already placed, we will contact you before charging you the corrected amount, and you can cancel instead if you would rather not proceed.

Colours may appear slightly different on your screen than in person. Product photography is being finalised, so early images may be representative rather than the exact pair you receive.

Orders and order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We accept it when we dispatch your order, not when you receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, for reasons such as suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or the item being out of stock. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment

Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify and its payment processor. You authorise the charge for your order total, including shipping and any applicable tax, at the time you place it. We do not see or store your full card number.

Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines and cost are described on shipping. Our returns policy, including what counts as a defective or incorrect item, is on returns. Both pages are part of these terms, not just informational.

Intellectual property

The Heel Yeah name, logo, and the text, photos, and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems, or another user's account.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the site outside normal browsing.
• Interfere with the site's normal operation, including its checkout or order process.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites, including our checkout provider and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, to the extent the law allows us to make that disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heel Yeah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a purchase made through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store changes. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
